Give Myself is about two things. The first is giving myself to Jesus as my savior from sin and Lord of my life—that is starting or recommitting to the journey of becoming Christ-Centered. The second is giving myself to others. That means understanding that God loves and cares about me and I should pass that same love and care along to others.

“For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:23

“But God demonstrates his own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8

“For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:13

“I call upon you, therefore, brethren, through the compassions of God, to present your bodies a sacrifice — living, sanctified, acceptable to God …” Romans 12:1

Here’s the next steps …

1. Pray. Ask Jesus to forgive your sins, come live in your heart, and begin a journey toward Christ-centeredness.

2. Participate. Sign up for the next Welcome to Grace event (first Sunday of each month, 9:45-10:30am, main building, upper level, Rm. 201) and Grace 101 and 201 (2nd, 3rd, and 4th Sundays of each month, 9:45-10:45am, main building, upper level, Rm. 201)

3. Water Baptism. Sign up to be water baptized. Water baptism is just an outward expression of an inward change.

4. Join. Get involved with Reaching Inward with a ministry team and/or Connecting Together with a life group here at Grace.
